How We Handle It
Test the system
We check pressures and performance to see what the system is actually doing.
Find the cause
Low refrigerant usually means a leak, so we look for it instead of only recharging.
Repair or recharge
We fix what is failing, recharge the system and confirm it is cooling properly.
A/C Repair for Sunset & Davis County Drivers
Summer afternoons along the Wasatch Front regularly push into the high 90s, and a car sitting in a parking lot at Hill AFB or a job site gets far hotter inside. A healthy A/C system is not a luxury here.
We serve drivers from Sunset and nearby Clinton, Clearfield, Roy, Hill Air Force Base, West Point, Syracuse, Layton. See our full service area, or browse the vehicles we service.
A/C Repair FAQs
Do I just need a recharge?
Sometimes, but A/C is a sealed system. If it is low, there is usually a leak. We check so the recharge actually lasts.
Why does my A/C only work while driving?
That can point to a cooling fan, condenser or refrigerant charge issue. We test to find which one.
Do you replace A/C compressors?
Yes. If a compressor or other component has failed, we can replace it and recharge the system.
